No-Refund Policy – Morpheus
Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (in-game currency, items, privileges, or services), all purchases are final. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund under any circumstances. Please ensure you have reviewed the product or service description fully before proceeding with a purchase.
1. Nature of the Goods
- All items sold (in-game currency “DC”, digital items, privileges, or services) are non-tangible digital content. Once delivered, they cannot be exchanged for real-world money or refunded.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use purchased content only within our game environment. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights.
2. EU & International Digital-Content Rules
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar consumer-protection laws worldwide, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost upon download or access.
3. Waiver of Refunds
By completing a purchase, you: (a) expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content; and (b) irrevocably waive any right to a refund, chargeback, reversal, or cancellation for any reason, including accidental purchases, unauthorized purchases by minors, or dissatisfaction with game changes.
4. Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials and payment methods. Any transaction processed through your account is deemed authorized by you.
- Purchases made by minors are considered authorized if they occur through your account or payment instrument.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud
Any dispute, chargeback, or reversal will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts, removal of acquired digital content, and reporting to the payment processor’s fraud department. A reinstatement fee may apply to restore access.
6. Exceptions & Local Law
Refunds are granted only if required by mandatory local law or if we discontinue a service entirely without offering a reasonable replacement. In such cases, compensation is limited to the amount actually paid for unused digital content. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
